- Internal Review and Approval:

- Make any necessary further adjustments based on this feedback, aiming to finalize the design for production.

- Ensure that the content reflects SayPro’s updates, initiatives, and key messages that need to be communicated.
- Design and Layout:
- Design the layout of the SCMR-13 in a way that is engaging, professional, and in line with SayPro’s corporate branding.
- Choose typography, imagery, and graphical elements that align with the company’s visual identity.
- Prepare a draft of the SCMR-13 for internal review and feedback.
- Internal Review and Adjustments:
- Share the draft of the SCMR-13 document with internal stakeholders, including marketing and leadership teams.
- Incorporate any required changes or revisions to the content and design to align with internal expectations.
- SCMR-13 Content Development:

- Collaborate with the SayPro Marketing department to ensure that the letterhead design is consistent with other marketing assets and materials.
- Internal Approval:
- Submit the final design options to key stakeholders for approval, including marketing, leadership, and brand managers.
- Make adjustments if necessary based on stakeholder input and ensure all feedback is incorporated.
- Letterhead Concept Design:
4. Office Under SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR:
- Objective: Align the office communication materials, specifically those under the SayPro Marketing Royalty, with SCMR and corporate branding.
- Tasks:
- Royalty SCMR Integration:
- Incorporate SayPro Marketing Royalty guidelines into the design of the office communications.
- Ensure that the letterhead design and other branding materials align with the agreed-upon royalties and usage guidelines for the SayPro brand.
- Finalize and Prepare for Production:
- Once feedback has been integrated and final approval is received, prepare the letterhead design and SCMR-13 for print or digital distribution.
- Confirm that all materials are formatted properly for production and ensure the correct file types are used (PDFs, vector files, etc.).
- Royalty SCMR Integration:
