✅ SayPro Conversion and Bounce Rate Analysis Guide
🔍 1. Define Key Metrics
Metric Definition Conversion Rate % of visitors who complete a desired action (e.g., register, donate, buy) Bounce Rate % of visitors who leave after viewing only one page
🔹 2. Access Your Analytics Platform
Most commonly, this is Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or your internal CRM/analytics system.
GA4 Instructions:
Log in to Google Analytics
Select the SayPro Website property
Navigate to:
Reports → Engagement → Pages and Screens (to view bounce rates per page)
Reports → Monetization → Purchases or Conversions → Events
📊 3. Analyze by Channel, Page, or Campaign
Dimension Where to Find It Insight Gained Traffic Source (Google, Social, Email) GA4 → Acquisition → Traffic source Which channels convert best or bounce more Landing Pages GA4 → Engagement → Landing pages Which pages attract or lose users Events (form submit, sign-up, payment) GA4 → Events Where users complete key actions
📈 4. Sample Calculation (If Manual)
a. Conversion Rate

Example: (180 ÷ 3500) × 100 = 5.14%
b. Bounce Rate
