Position: SayPro Monthly Display Employee
Department: Marketing/Operations
Reports To: Display Coordinator / Marketing Manager
Location: SayPro Offices


Job Overview:

Employees involved in the SayPro Monthly Display are responsible for planning, setting up, and maintaining displays that highlight key monthly themes, products, services, and initiatives in the office environment. Their primary focus is to ensure that the display is not only visually appealing but also complies with all safety and regulatory standards, providing an engaging experience for employees and visitors.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Display Setup & Maintenance:

  • Design and execute monthly displays in office spaces according to the monthly theme or marketing campaign.
  • Ensure the proper placement of materials, signage, and props to effectively communicate the intended message.
  • Regularly check the integrity and quality of the display throughout the month to ensure it remains tidy, functional, and visually appealing.

2. Compliance with Safety Guidelines:

  • Ensure that displays adhere to office safety regulations and guidelines, including proper placement to avoid obstructing walkways, exits, or fire safety equipment.
  • Use secure and stable methods for display setups to prevent accidents, such as using heavy-duty adhesive materials or anchored structures where necessary.
  • Conduct safety checks before and after setup to identify potential risks, including sharp edges, loose materials, or tripping hazards.

3. Adherence to Office Regulations:

  • Follow all company protocols and policies regarding materials and signage used in displays, including but not limited to the use of eco-friendly materials and non-damaging adhesives.
  • Ensure all signage is legible, properly aligned, and does not obscure essential office information or safety signage (e.g., fire exits, emergency evacuation plans).
  • Comply with any other specific office regulations related to display placement, ensuring the setup is visually appealing without causing distractions or disruptions.

4. Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to receive direction for display themes, product promotions, and any necessary updates to the setup.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Facilities Management, Health and Safety) to ensure that the displays are implemented with minimal disruption to office operations.
  • Communicate effectively with the Display Coordinator or Marketing Manager for any additional resources or changes required for the setup.

5. Inventory & Resource Management:

  • Maintain an inventory of display materials, such as posters, banners, props, and stands, ensuring there are sufficient supplies for each monthly setup.
  • Proactively identify any material shortages or damages and report them to the appropriate department for replenishment or replacement.
  • Ensure the materials used are cost-effective, align with branding guidelines, and comply with office sustainability efforts.

6. Feedback & Improvements:

  • Collect feedback from employees and visitors regarding the effectiveness and appeal of the displays.
  • Suggest improvements for future displays, whether in terms of design, layout, materials, or safety considerations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends for office displays and suggest creative ideas to enhance the monthly setup.
