Project Overview:
The SayPro Monthly Door Naming Signs Design and Branding Team (SCMR-13) is a specialized design team focused on creating branded, visually aligned door signs for SayPro office spaces. These signs are an integral part of reinforcing SayPro’s internal branding and communication. The initiative is overseen by the SayPro Brand Material Office and coordinated in collaboration with SayPro Marketing Royalty to ensure all output aligns with the company’s broader branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Branding and Design Execution:
- Conceptualize and design professional and creative door name signs for SayPro office doors.
- Ensure that all sign designs reflect the SayPro visual identity, including fonts, color schemes, logos, and layout guidelines.
- Adapt designs to suit different office types (e.g., executive offices, meeting rooms, shared workspaces, departments).
- Maintain design consistency across all materials produced for the January cycle of SCMR-13.
2. Collaboration with SayPro Brand Material Office:
- Work closely with the SayPro Brand Material Office to receive updated brand templates, logos, and visual standards.
- Follow existing branding manuals and update sign designs as per the most recent brand directions provided by the office.
- Submit drafts for review and incorporate feedback in a timely manner.
3. Coordination with SayPro Marketing Royalty:
- Liaise with the SayPro Marketing Royalty team to ensure integration with monthly campaigns or themes, as applicable.
- Align door signage with ongoing SayPro marketing strategies or internal messaging.
- Ensure each door sign also contributes to SayPro’s monthly internal identity and culture-building initiatives.
4. Quality Assurance and Delivery:
- Perform quality control checks on all final design files to ensure print-readiness and visual accuracy.
- Deliver all final files in both print (PDF, EPS) and digital (PNG, JPEG) formats.
- Ensure that all designs are filed correctly and shared with relevant departments on SayPro’s internal systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in graphic design, preferably with corporate branding projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar software.
- Familiarity with branding guidelines and principles of design consistency.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual harmony.
- Ability to interpret brand messages and express them through visual communication.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a cross-functional design team or marketing department.
- Familiarity with SayPro branding or participation in past SayPro visual projects.
- Basic understanding of print production processes is a plus.
Reporting Line:
Reports directly to the SayPro Brand Material Office, with dotted-line coordination to SayPro Marketing Royalty.
