As part of the April SCOR-1 performance management cycle, the SayPro Strategic Planning Office, under the guidance of SayPro Operations Royalty, has successfully scheduled and initiated departmental Performance Review Workshops through the SayPro Virtual Portal.

These workshops are a key mechanism in ensuring alignment between planned activities, actual implementation, and strategic outcomes as defined in the SayPro Quarterly Performance Plan.
