📦 How to Access Product Settings

1. Go to your WordPress dashboard.
2. Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Products.

You’ll find three main sub-tabs:

1. 🛍️ General

Key Options:

• Shop Page:
  • Set the page used for your main product listing (usually “SayPro XX Shop”).
• Add to Cart Behaviour:
  • Enable options like:
    • Enable Redirect to cart after adding product.
    • Enable AJAX “Add to cart” on archive pages.
• Placeholder Image:
  • Paste the link to the Square Logo. you get this on SayPro Studio or Media and Search Logo
  • Set the default image used if a product has no image.
• Measurements:
  • Set the default unit for weight and dimensions:
    • Weight (e.g., kg, lbs)
    • Dimensions (e.g., cm, inches)

These units affect shipping calculations and product display.

2. 📦 Inventory

This section controls stock management settings:

• ✅ Enable stock management: WooCommerce will automatically track inventory.
• Hold stock (minutes): How long to reserve stock for unpaid orders.
• Notifications:
  • Low stock and out-of-stock alerts.
  • Enter email address to receive alerts.
• Stock Display Format:
  • Always show quantity
  • Only show when low
  • Never show stock count
• Out of Stock Visibility:
  • Option to hide out-of-stock items from the catalog.

3. 💾 Downloadable Products

Controls how digital product downloads are handled.

• Download method:
  • Force Downloads – secure, best for most users.
  • X-Accel-Redirect/X-Sendfile – fastest, but requires server support.
  • Redirect only – not secure (use only if needed).
• Access Restrictions:
  • ✅ Require login to download.
  • ✅ Grant access after payment (can allow access before full payment if unchecked).
