Target:
By the end of this quarter, at least 90% of SayPro employees must be actively using the official SayPro Monthly Document Templates (SCMR-13) for all forms of external and internal communication.

The SayPro Monthly Document Templates (SCMR-13) are part of an ongoing brand standardization initiative launched by the SayPro Brand Material Office under the governance of SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR. These templates are designed to streamline communication, reinforce the corporate identity, and ensure consistency in branding and presentation across departments and stakeholder engagements.
Scope of Implementation
The templates cover a broad range of documents, including but not limited to:
- Internal and external reports
- Proposals and project briefs
- Memos, letters, and announcements
- Meeting minutes
- Departmental updates
- Presentations
- Other communication and business materials
All templates are accessible via the SayPro Document Repository on the internal intranet or can be requested from the SayPro Brand Material Office.
Quarterly Performance Indicators

- A minimum of 90% adoption rate among all SayPro staff.

- All Employees:
