Job Overview:
The SayPro Monthly Infographics Team is responsible for creating visually engaging and informative infographics that communicate complex data and key messages derived from the SayPro Monthly Reports. These reports, such as the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13, often involve detailed information that needs to be made accessible and compelling for internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders. Team members will work closely with subject matter experts to translate this information into clear, concise, and visually appealing graphics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs):
- Engage with the relevant SMEs from various departments (e.g., marketing, sales, operations, finance, etc.) to identify key data points and insights to be featured in the monthly infographics.
- Gather detailed information on the specific subject matter from the SayPro Monthly Reports (e.g., SCMR-13) and analyze it to determine the most important messages for visualization.
- Infographic Development:
- Create visually engaging and data-driven infographics that effectively communicate complex information in a simplified format, ensuring clarity and alignment with SayPro’s brand guidelines.
- Translate raw data, trends, metrics, and research findings into graphical formats, using design elements such as charts, graphs, icons, and illustrations.
- Brand Consistency and Design:
- Ensure all created infographics are consistent with SayPro’s brand aesthetics and standards, working in close alignment with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR guidelines.
- Use SayPro’s brand assets, color schemes, typography, and design language to maintain a professional and uniform appearance across all materials.
- Content Editing and Refining:

- Feedback and Revision Management:

- Project Timeliness and Deadlines:
- Manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines associated with the release of the SayPro Monthly reports, ensuring infographics are delivered on schedule for internal and external dissemination.
- Be proactive in identifying any potential delays and communicating these to the project lead to ensure continuity.
- Content Adaptation and Customization:
- Customize infographics to meet the needs of various audiences, from internal team members to external stakeholders, ensuring appropriate design choices for different contexts (e.g., presentations, reports, social media, etc.).
- Continuous Learning and Improvement:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on infographics, data visualization, and brand-aligned materials.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), or other relevant design software (e.g., Canva, Figma).
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, data visualization techniques, and infographic best practices.
