SayPro Job Description

Position Title: Supplier Management and Printing Coordinator
Department: SayPro Marketing Royalty – Brand Material Office
Reference: SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13


Primary Responsibilities

1. Supplier Management

  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with printing suppliers to gather information on available materials, printing capabilities, and sample outputs.
  • Sample Acquisition: Request and evaluate paper stock and finish samples to ensure alignment with SayPro’s brand standards and printing requirements.
  • Quotation & Cost Estimation: Obtain cost estimates for print jobs, compare vendor pricing, and prepare cost analysis reports for approval.
  • Timeline Monitoring: Ensure vendors adhere to project timelines and delivery schedules, escalating any risk of delay to the SayPro Brand Material Office.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of delivered print materials, ensuring that samples and final products meet expected specifications and SayPro branding guidelines.
  • Contract & Compliance Monitoring: Ensure supplier contracts are up to date, and vendor services comply with SayPro’s procurement policies and quality benchmarks.

2. Monthly Printing Execution (SayPro Monthly)

  • Material Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to determine the quantity, type, and format of monthly print requirements for the “SayPro Monthly” publication.
  • Print Specification: Define technical requirements including paper stock, size, binding method, and finishing options based on the approved branding templates.
  • Production Oversight: Manage the printing lifecycle from artwork submission through proofing, press checks (if necessary), and final delivery to distribution points.
  • Inventory Coordination: Work with the supply chain or storage team to ensure efficient handling of printed materials post-production.

3. Collaboration with SayPro Brand Material Office

  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all printing materials conform to SayPro’s brand identity, as defined by the Brand Material Office under the SayPro Marketing Royalty division.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback from vendors and stakeholders on the practicality and effectiveness of chosen materials and processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for each print cycle, including vendor communications, sample approvals, invoices, and delivery receipts.

  • Works With: Marketing team, external print suppliers, internal creative and content teams, and supply chain personnel.
