• Administer surveys and academic assessments to students and instructors to evaluate satisfaction, learning progress, and overall experience.
• Collect and analyze feedback to identify strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure survey questions are relevant, clear, and aligned with SayPro’s objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of responses and generate reports for management review.
• Implement improvements based on feedback to enhance academic programs and instructor performance.
• Coordinate with instructors and students to encourage participation in surveys and assessments.
• Stay updated on best practices in feedback collection and academic assessment methodologies.
