SayPro Task 1: Collect academic performance data for students who have been enrolled for at least 6 weeks in SayPro programs.

1. SayPro Identify Eligible Students:

  • Access the student enrollment records to filter students who have been enrolled for at least 6 weeks.
  • This data may be available through a student information system (SIS) or internal database.

2. SayPro Obtain Academic Performance Data:

  • Grades/Assessments: Collect records of students’ grades from assignments, quizzes, exams, or other performance assessments completed during their time in the program.
  • Course Completion: Look at whether students have completed the assigned coursework.
  • Progress Reports: Any progress updates or evaluations that have been recorded over the 6-week period.
  • Participation Data: If available, gather participation metrics in classroom discussions, online forums, or group activities.

3. SayPro Determine Specific Data Points:

  • Subject-wise Performance: Grades or scores per subject or module.
  • Overall GPA/Score: The cumulative performance score or GPA if applicable.
  • Improvement Trends: Whether a student has shown improvement over time.
  • Attendance Data: If the program tracks attendance, it can be an indicator of engagement.

4. SayPro Accessing the Data:

  • Internal Systems: Check for reports or dashboards in the system used for tracking academic performance.
  • Manual Records: If not tracked electronically, you may need to manually collect data from paper reports or individual instructor input.

5. SayPro Analyze the Data:

  • Summarize Performance: For each eligible student, summarize their performance across the 6-week period.
  • Compare Performance: Identify any notable trends, such as high-performing students or those who need additional support.

6. SayPro Generate Reports:

  • Create a report or data set summarizing the academic performance of these students. This could be in the form of a spreadsheet or presentation, depending on the needs of your task.
