    • Gather official brand assets from the SayPro Brand Material Office.
    • Confirm the latest versions of brand colors, typography, and logos.
    • Ensure consistency with SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR standards.
  2. Update and Standardize Design Elements
    • Apply SayPro’s brand color palette to all presentation templates.
    • Ensure the correct typography is used across all slides (headings, subheadings, body text).
    • Place SayPro’s logo appropriately in slides without overpowering the content.
    • Use consistent iconography and imagery that align with SayPro’s visual identity.
  3. Develop a Design Style Guide for Presentations
    • Create a reference document outlining proper usage of SayPro brand elements.
    • Include guidelines for slide layouts, backgrounds, and font hierarchy.
    • Specify rules for animations, transitions, and multimedia elements.

2. SayPro Monthly Presentation Templates Development

Objective:
Design professional, visually appealing PowerPoint and Keynote templates for SayPro Monthly Reports and Presentations.

Tasks:

  1. Design Slide Master Templates
    • Develop Master Slide layouts for Title, Content, Section Breaks, and Summary slides.
    • Include predefined text styles, bullet points, and alignment settings.
  2. Create Custom Branded Themes
    • Apply SayPro’s brand colors and fonts to PowerPoint and Keynote themes.
    • Save the templates as easily accessible files for internal use.
  3. Develop Standardized Slide Layouts
    • Cover slides for monthly updates, financial reports, project highlights, and key performance indicators.
    • Design infographic slides for data visualization (charts, graphs, tables).
    • Include placeholders for images, quotes, and key messaging.
  4. Ensure Compatibility & Accessibility
