Job Description for Participants – Monthly Personalization

Job Title: SayPro Monthly Personalization Participant
Department: SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR
Reports To: SayPro Brand Material Office

Job Summary:

Participants in the SayPro Monthly Personalization process are responsible for ensuring that all designated digital and print communications reflect SayPro’s brand identity. This includes incorporating SayPro’s logos, company addresses, and return addresses in a precise and standardized manner. The goal is to maintain consistency and brand recognition across all outgoing communications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Template Customization:

  • Customize email and print templates by inserting SayPro’s official logos, company addresses, and return addresses.
  • Ensure that all modifications adhere to SayPro’s branding guidelines as defined by the SayPro Brand Material Office.
  • Verify accuracy and alignment of the logos, addresses, and return addresses within the templates.
  • Update templates based on the latest SayPro Monthly Personalization requirements provided by SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13.

2. Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Review and proofread all customized templates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Check for errors in formatting, alignment, and branding to ensure that all materials meet SayPro’s quality standards.
  • Report any discrepancies or inconsistencies in branding elements to the SayPro Brand Material Office for resolution.

3. Coordination & Communication:

  • Collaborate with the SayPro Brand Material Office to receive the latest branding materials and guidelines.
  • Maintain clear records of all personalized templates and updates made during the personalization process.
  • Provide feedback and suggest improvements to streamline the personalization process for future cycles.

4. Documentation & Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain organized files of customized templates for easy access and reference.
  • Ensure that historical versions of templates are archived in case revisions or audits are required.
  • Submit final personalized templates to the SayPro Brand Material Office within the given deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
