Position: SayPro Monthly Personalization ParticipantDepartment: SayPro Branding & MarketingReporting to: SayPro Brand Material Office

Job Overview:

Employees and participants involved in SayPro Monthly Personalization are responsible for ensuring that all digital and print communications align with SayPro’s branding guidelines. This involves integrating SayPro’s logo, company addresses, and return addresses into various communication materials. The process ensures consistency in branding across all SayPro correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Branding Integration

Ensure that all communication materials (both digital and print) prominently feature SayPro’s official branding elements, including:

SayPro’s official logo

Company address

Return address

Work under the guidance of the SayPro Brand Material Office to adhere to established branding guidelines.

Verify that all materials comply with SayPro’s visual identity and marketing standards.

2. Digital Personalization

Incorporate SayPro’s branding in emails, newsletters, and other electronic communications.

Ensure correct placement of the logo, company address, and return address in all digital materials.

Coordinate with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team to maintain a cohesive digital brand presence.

3. Print Personalization

Apply SayPro’s branding elements to print materials such as brochures, letters, and official documents.

Work with SayPro’s printing department to ensure accurate reproduction of logos and addresses.

Maintain high-quality standards for all printed communications.

4. Compliance and Quality Control

Regularly review communications to ensure compliance with SayPro’s personalization guidelines.

Address any inconsistencies or errors in branding and make necessary corrections.

Report any issues to the SayPro Brand Material Office for further guidance.

5. Coordination and Communication

Collaborate with other teams involved in SayPro Monthly Personalization.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions regarding branding updates.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
