🔍 System Demonstrations: Build Confidence, Boost Results

To support the rollout of SayPro’s new M&E systems, we are excited to launch a series of live demonstrations and hands-on sessions aimed at helping all staff and partners understand and confidently use the tools for tracking progress and reporting outcomes.

These demonstrations will ensure that everyone, regardless of role or technical ability, is equipped to fully utilize the system’s capabilities.

✅ What You’ll Learn Through the Demonstrations:

1. Navigation & User Interface
   • How to log in and access your assigned modules
   • Understanding your personalized dashboard
2. Data Entry & Uploading
   • Step-by-step guide to input activity and outcome data
   • Uploading evidence, images, and documents linked to indicators
3. Tracking Indicators & Results
   • Real-time progress tracking against project targets
   • Flagging underperformance or data gaps automatically
4. Automated Reporting Tools
   • Generating monthly, quarterly, and project-specific reports
   • Exporting visualizations and charts for presentations
5. Learning & Feedback Integration
   • How the system helps you reflect on what’s working
   • Submitting learning notes or recommendations directly into the platform

🛠️ How We’ll Demonstrate the System:

• Live Walkthroughs led by SayPro Monitoring Officers
• Interactive Simulation Exercises using demo datasets
• Peer-Led Scenarios showing how different departments use the system
• Real-Time Q&A Clinics during each session

These practical sessions are designed to create a safe learning environment where questions are welcome and experimentation is encouraged.

🗓️ Schedule & Access

• Dates: 13–17 May 2025 (alongside the training program)
• Who Should Attend: All SayPro staff, M&E officers, field agents, and implementing partners
• How to Join: Sessions will be held both in-person at the SayPro Training Centre and online via Teams (calendar invites to follow)

Each department will be scheduled for a department-specific session to ensure relevant examples and role-based guidance.

🧭 Your Role After the Demonstration

After the demos, all staff are expected to:

• Log into the system independently
• Conduct a trial entry of data related to a current project
• Generate and submit a sample report to their manager or M&E focal point

Support teams will be available post-training for any follow-up help.
