Objective:
To ensure the effectiveness of the SayPro Monthly Furniture Poster Design Branding campaign by monitoring performance metrics, evaluating outcomes, and reporting on results to inform continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engagement Tracking & Analysis:
Monitor the effectiveness of the monthly poster campaigns by tracking:- Website traffic generated via poster-related promotions (tracked via UTM links, QR codes, and referral traffic).
- Social media engagement including likes, shares, comments, reach, and impressions on SayPro’s social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Conversion metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), inquiry forms filled, and sales leads generated.
- Sales figures directly associated with the furniture items promoted in the monthly poster design (tracked via SKU references or campaign codes).
- Tool Utilization:
Use tools such as:- Google Analytics to track website and landing page visits.
- Meta Business Suite for Facebook and Instagram engagement analytics.
- Custom dashboards and CRM systems (e.g., SayPro SalesForce or internal ERP tools) for sales tracking.
- Canva, Adobe Suite analytics (where applicable) to monitor digital asset performance.
- Performance Evaluation:
- Compare monthly performance metrics against KPIs established by SayPro Marketing Royalty.
- Identify which design themes, content styles, or distribution channels yield the highest engagement and conversion.
- Assess ROI on poster campaigns (including cost per lead/acquisition from specific poster designs).
- Reporting & Insights:
- Compile a Monthly Furniture Poster Campaign Performance Report, to be submitted to SayPro Brand Material Office and SayPro Marketing Royalty (SCMR).
- Present insights in an easy-to-digest format including graphs, charts, and summary evaluations.
- Offer actionable recommendations for poster content, design strategy, or distribution improvements based on performance data.
- Continuous Feedback Loop:
- Facilitate monthly feedback sessions with the SayPro Marketing and Creative teams to evaluate the impact of branding posters and align on future strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service departments to gather anecdotal insights on customer responses and preferences regarding furniture branding materials.
Expected Outcomes:
- Quantifiable improvement in furniture campaign reach, audience engagement, and product inquiries.
- A robust monitoring system for future poster campaigns.
