Job Overview:
Employees involved in the SayPro Monthly Infographics initiative are responsible for creating, analyzing, and optimizing visual content to enhance engagement across social media and digital platforms. The primary goal is to develop compelling infographics that effectively communicate complex information in an easily digestible format, aligning with the SayPro brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reporting and Analysis
- Track engagement metrics such as views, shares, comments, and reach across social media and digital platforms.
- Monitor trends and audience responses to improve infographic strategies.
- Generate monthly reports detailing performance insights and areas for improvement.
- Utilize analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of infographics in enhancing user engagement.
2. Infographic Development
- Conceptualize and design infographics based on SayPro Monthly reports, specifically from SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13 and other relevant data sources.
- Ensure all infographics are visually appealing, informative, and in line with SayPro’s branding guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with content creators, data analysts, and marketing teams to ensure accurate and effective visual representation.
- Maintain consistency in style, color schemes, typography, and overall design aesthetics.
3. Collaboration with SayPro Brand Material Office
- Work under the guidance of the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR to ensure all designs align with corporate objectives.
- Coordinate with the SayPro Brand Material Office to integrate infographics into marketing campaigns.
- Follow SayPro’s brand strategy and design principles to create professional and high-quality visual content.
4. Innovation and Trends Monitoring
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in infographic development.
- Experiment with new design techniques to enhance audience engagement.
- Implement feedback and insights to improve the effectiveness of infographics over time.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in graphic design, data visualization, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing principles.
- Ability to interpret data and transform complex information into visually compelling infographics.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
