Definition:

This indicator measures the percentage of training participants who report a high level of satisfaction with the training they received, based on post-training feedback surveys.


Calculation Method:

  • Numerator: Number of participants who rate their overall satisfaction as either “4” or “5” (on a 5-point scale) in the training feedback survey.
  • Denominator: Total number of participants who completed the feedback survey.
