This SayPro Travel App Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of [Date], by and between:
1. PARTIES
- SayPro (“Company”), registered under Company Registration Number: 2018 / 537703 / 07, with its principal office at 167 14th Road, Midrand, Gauteng, South Africa, 1685, represented by Mr. Neftaly Vutisani Malatjie, Chief Executive Officer.
- User (“You” or “Traveler”), an individual, entity, or organization accessing and using the SayPro Travel App.
2. PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT
This Agreement governs the use of the SayPro Travel App, a platform designed to provide travel-related services, booking options, tourism information, and logistics support for users.
3. REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Users must provide accurate and complete registration details.
- Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if under 18.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their accounts.
- SayPro reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate accounts based on compliance with this Agreement.
4. SERVICES PROVIDED
The SayPro Travel App offers:
- Flight, hotel, and transportation booking services.
- Travel itinerary planning and destination recommendations.
- Tourism guides and cultural insights.
- Real-time travel alerts and safety tips.
- Integration with payment systems for seamless transactions.
5. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Users can make bookings directly through the app for flights, hotels, and other travel services.
- Payments must be made via [Bank Transfer/EFT, Credit/Debit Card, Mobile Payments, or other accepted methods].
- Cancellation and refund policies vary by service provider and will be displayed before confirmation.

- SayPro processes user data in compliance with South African data protection laws (POPIA).
- User data will be stored securely and not shared with third parties without consent.
- SayPro may collect usage data to improve app functionality and recommendations.
8. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
- SayPro is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or issues caused by airlines, hotels, or transportation providers.
- SayPro does not guarantee visa approvals or travel permissions.
- SayPro is not liable for any financial losses, accidents, or damages incurred during travel.
- Users are advised to verify travel information before making bookings.
9. TERMINATION & SUSPENSION
- Users may cancel their accounts at any time through their account settings.
- SayPro may suspend or terminate access for violations of this Agreement or fraudulent activities.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation and mediation.
- If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration under South African law.
11. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement represents the full understanding between SayPro and the User.
- Amendments: SayPro may update this Agreement with prior notice.
- Severability: If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the SayPro Travel App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
