Job Summary:
The SayPro Monthly Display Coordinator is responsible for the planning, implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of monthly visual displays across SayPro offices. These displays are a strategic communication and branding tool aimed at informing, engaging, and inspiring staff, clients, and visitors. The coordinator will follow the SCMR-13 SayPro Monthly Display Guidelines and ensure compliance with all visual communication standards set by SayPro.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monthly Display Planning and Preparation
- Collaborate with relevant departments to align monthly display themes with SayPro’s objectives and calendar of events.
- Review and understand the SCMR-13 “SayPro Monthly Display: Plan for Effective Display in Offices.”
- Develop a monthly rollout plan to implement the displays within set timelines.
- Source and prepare all visual materials, including posters, digital printouts, 3D elements, and other décor tools.
- Ensure displays reflect the key messages, branding, and values of SayPro.
2. Display Setup and Implementation
- Install monthly displays in prominent and pre-approved locations across SayPro offices.
- Ensure displays are neat, professional, and visually appealing.
- Use creative presentation techniques to draw attention and enhance understanding.
- Coordinate with office staff to ensure display areas remain accessible and visible.
3. Monitoring and Updating Displays
- Monitor the effectiveness and relevance of displays throughout the month.
- Collect feedback from staff and visitors regarding display visibility and impact.
- Update or enhance displays mid-month if necessary (e.g., new announcements, updated stats, or visuals).
- Replace outdated or damaged materials promptly to maintain display quality.
4. Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure all displays align with SayPro branding standards, including colors, logos, and tone.
- Adhere strictly to SCMR guidelines and internal display policies.
- Submit photo documentation of display setup to supervisors or designated review teams.
- Conduct self-audits or participate in scheduled inspections for display assessment.
5. Reporting and Feedback
- Prepare brief monthly reports on display implementation, engagement feedback, and any adjustments made.
- Suggest improvements for future displays based on insights and performance.
- Participate in monthly debriefing or planning meetings as required by supervisors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creativity and an eye for design.
