1.SayPro Organize Your Files Locally
- Group your SayPro documents (action plans, reports, attendance sheets, feedback forms) into clear folders named by project or month.
- Use consistent file naming conventions, e.g.,

2.SayPro Choose Your Upload Platform
- Cloud Storage: Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox
- Project Management Tools: Notion, Trello (attachments), Asana, Monday.com
- Learning Management Systems (LMS): If your organization uses one (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS), upload relevant training docs there.
