SayPro is pleased to announce that the full protocol documentation and accompanying toolkit templates have been uploaded to the official SayPro website and are now available for internal and peer review.

This release forms part of SayPro’s commitment to operational transparency, collaborative improvement, and the advancement of sector-wide learning. The documentation includes:

• Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Toolkit
• Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Framework Template
• Stakeholder Engagement Plan Template
• Digital Facilitation and Data Collection Guidelines
• Ethics and Consent Templates
• Reporting and Quality Assurance Checklists

These resources have been designed to support SayPro’s program implementation teams, partners, and peer organizations in adopting standardized, high-impact practices aligned with SayPro’s strategic vision.

All stakeholders, collaborators, and peer reviewers are invited to provide feedback using the embedded review form on the site. The review window will remain open until 30 June 2025. Contributions will directly inform the finalization of Version 2.0 of the protocol series.
