SayPro Upload:Raw data sets

To upload raw data sets for SayPro analysis or reporting, please follow the steps below depending on your role and access:

🔐 If You’re Using SayPro’s Official Platform (Web Portal or Dashboard):

1. Login to Your SayPro Account:
   • Navigate to SayPro’s official website or your assigned project portal.
   • Enter your credentials.
2. Go to the Data Upload Section:
   • Find the section labeled “Data Management” or “Upload Raw Data.”
   • You may need to select the relevant project or initiative first.
3. Prepare Your Raw Data File:
   • Accepted formats typically include .csv, .xlsx, or .json.
   • Ensure your dataset is clean, with clearly labeled columns and no protected cells.
4. Upload the File:
   • Click “Upload” or “Import.”
   • Browse for your file and confirm upload.
5. Map Fields (if required):
   • You might need to map column names to SayPro’s internal schema.
6. Submit for Processing:
   • Once mapped, click “Submit.”
   • You’ll get a confirmation message if successful.

💻 If You’re Using a SayPro-Integrated Tool (e.g., via Excel or API):

• Ensure your API token or integration key is valid.
• Use the provided endpoints to upload data directly.
