Primary Objective

Distribute finalized monthly infographics across SayPro’s official digital platforms and communication channels. Monitor reach, engagement, and performance through data collection and reporting to assess the effectiveness of the visual content and refine future strategies.


Detailed Weekly Tasks

1. Final Preparation of Infographic Assets

  • Ensure all infographic files are:
    • Fully optimized for fast loading and clear display
    • Available in multiple formats (JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG) for versatile use
    • Branded with SayPro logos, footers, and design credits
  • Store final versions in SayPro’s central digital asset management system for reference

2. Web Upload & Integration

  • Coordinate with the SayPro Web Content Team to:
    • Embed the infographic in a dedicated section of the SayPro website
    • Accompany visuals with SEO-optimized titles, alt text, and meta descriptions
    • Ensure mobile responsiveness and accessibility compliance
    • Add download link (PDF version) for wider utility

3. Social Media Distribution

  • Work with the Social Media Team to:
    • Develop platform-specific captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions
    • Schedule and post infographic content on:
      • LinkedIn
      • Facebook
      • Instagram
      • Twitter (X)
      • Any other SayPro-owned platforms
    • Tag relevant partners or collaborators when applicable
  • Create teaser posts and stories for engagement boosting (e.g., behind-the-scenes, infographic highlights)

4. Email Campaign Execution

  • Collaborate with the Email Marketing Team to:
    • Design an email campaign incorporating the infographic
    • Write engaging subject lines and preview text
    • Segment audience lists for targeted distribution
    • Embed or link the infographic with a clear CTA (Call-to-Action)
    • Schedule delivery and monitor open rates

5. Internal Communication & Stakeholder Briefing

  • Share infographic internally via:
    • Company newsletter
    • Slack/Teams announcement
    • Staff meeting presentation
  • Inform executives and department leads about:
    • Where and how the infographic is being distributed
    • How it supports SayPro’s monthly goals and strategic messaging

6. Performance Tracking & Analytics Reporting

  • Track distribution performance across all platforms:
    • Website: page views, time spent, downloads
    • Social media: impressions, shares, likes, comments, click-throughs
    • Email campaigns: open rates, click rates, unsubscribe rates
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, and Mailchimp reports
  • Compare performance with previous months’ infographics

7. Post-Campaign Analysis & Documentation

  • Prepare a final report summarizing:
    • Distribution reach
    • Engagement metrics
    • User feedback (if available)
    • Key takeaways and areas for improvement
  • Present report to:
    • SayPro Marketing Lead
    • SayPro Brand Material Office Manager
  • Archive infographic and report in the monthly SCMR documentation folder
