SayPro Weekly Data Entry and System Update

Weekly data entry and system updates are conducted through the SayPro Website using the SayPro Monitoring Tools.

Each SayPro department and program unit is responsible for submitting accurate and timely data every week, covering:

• Activity implementation updates
• Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking
• Operational metrics and service delivery statistics
• Monitoring, evaluation, and feedback data

The submitted data is reviewed by the SayPro Monitoring and Evaluation Monitoring Office and immediately synced with the SayPro Monitoring System (SMS) and the SayPro Performance Dashboard.

Once verified, these updates are reflected in real time on the SayPro Website, supporting:

• Transparent, up-to-date organizational performance tracking
• Continuous learning and decision-making
• Preparation of consolidated monthly reports (e.g., SCLMR-1)
