  • Flag teams or units with delayed or partial feedback submissions

2. Send Follow-up Requests

  • Draft a standardized follow-up email or message that includes:

    • Deadline for submission
    • Link to feedback submission portal (SayPro website)

3. Set Up a Central Tracker

Create a feedback tracking sheet (Excel or Google Sheet) with the following columns:
