I wish to send my deepest appreciation to all of you for the contributions you have made in making SayPro Human Capital Mapping possible.
It has been an irritating, emotionally disappointing and time consuming process. Everyone had to choose between work and Human Capital Sheet.
As per my training held on 13 August 2024 with all the Committee members, Chiefs, Managers and Officers.
I officially handover and declare that the SayPro Human Capital Sheet is now an official document.
1. All SayPro Chiefs together with their SayPro Managers and SayPro Officers must populate all the remaining sections with indicators. I am available to assist or advice until 31 December 2024.
2. SayPro Chief Operations Officer will be the main accounting officer for all Offices and must ensure compliance with all sections.
3. All SayPro Chiefs have until 31 August 2024 to have completed the sections from Collumn C
4. All SayPro Chiefs must handover their final completions prior to the deadline of 31 August 2024
5. All SayPro Chiefs must start implementation from Section 1.1 from 1 September 2024. They must ensure that they align to Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Events
6. All Events as per the Human Capital Mapping must be added to the SayPro Calendar of Events by SayPro Chief Monitoring Officer
7. All indicators and Works must be handed over to the SayPro Lekgotla la ME Committee who will handover to me.
All Chiefs must comply with all the indicators as specified in the Human Capital Sheet
