You must do the following:

Firstly visit the Department of Social Development to request the Letter of Compliance

If they refuse or say you are non-compliant you must have the following at hand: If you do not have other documents call me first and then run to the internet cafe to print the required documents. 

1. Last Financial Year End Narrative Report check the financial year end date and let me know for advice
2. Annual Financial Statement
3. Minutes of the Meeting (AGM)
4. Attendance Register (AGM)
5. If you have changed committee members have their details such as Certified ID, Resolution Letter, Minutes of the Meeting and Attendance Register confirming change of members.
6. Handover then they will give you the letter of compliance.

You must have your ID or Drivers Licence with you at hand if listed as a Director otherwise go with a Power of Attorney (Request it from me)
