SayProCER – Confirmation of Laptop Receipt and Handover

I am writing to officially confirm that I have received a total of 11 laptops designated for the TVET Learnership Programme from SCHCR. This contribution is deeply appreciated and marks another important step in our collective mission to equip young people with the tools they need for success in education and training.

I also hereby declare that I have:

• Handed over 10 laptops to SCRR, and
• Handed over 1 laptop to SCDR

These laptops will go a long way in enhancing the learning experience, improving digital literacy, and ensuring our students are well-prepared to meet the demands of a modern, technology-driven work environment.

In preparation for their use, I have personally ensured that each laptop is configured and ready for academic and professional tasks. This includes:

• Installation of Google Chrome for web-based learning and research
• AVG Antivirus to safeguard against security threats
• Microsoft Teams to enable virtual meetings, group work, and communication between students and facilitators

We are committed to using these resources responsibly and ensuring they directly benefit the learners as intended. On behalf of SayPro and our students, I wish to extend my sincere gratitude to the leadership and all stakeholders involved in making this initiative a reality.
