Access the Event Platform

Open the link that takes you to the event page.

Locate the Reference Link

On the event page, click the box on the left with an arrow icon inside it.

This will generate a reference link at the top of the page.

Copy the reference link and paste it into your Notepad for safekeeping.

Extract Event Information

Go back to the event you opened.

Highlight the title or top section of the event page.

Copy this highlighted information.

Use ChatGPT to Create a Detailed Description

Go to ChatGPT and paste the copied information.

Ask ChatGPT to write the content in detail.

Copy the improved version.

Publish on the Staff Platform

Go to the Staff platform.

Paste the detailed information into the correct section.

Publish the content.

Copy the published link and paste it into your Notepad.
