- Ensure Relevance and Accuracy:
Materials must be:- Updated regularly to reflect policy or organizational changes
- Reviewed after feedback from new hires and trainers
- Aligned with legal, regulatory, and best practice standards
- Utilize Multiple Formats:
To enhance accessibility and engagement, materials may include:- Digital handbooks and PDFs
- Interactive online modules
- Videos, slideshows, and infographics
- Printed guides and checklists where needed
- Collaborate Across Departments:
