Objective:

To ensure that SayPro’s quarterly and long-term strategic goals—as well as its core values and mission—are clearly communicated, deeply understood, and consistently upheld across all levels of the organization. This approach ensures strategic alignment, organizational coherence, and cultural integrity.


Strategic Communication Mandate:

The SayPro Strategic Planning Office, under SCOR-1, leads the dissemination of both high-level priorities and foundational principles. This includes not only delivering updates on strategic direction but also reinforcing SayPro’s core values and mission to strengthen employee engagement, ethical practices, and purpose-driven decision-making.
