On behalf of the SayPro Royal Committee and in my capacity as Chief Marketing Royalty, I would like to submit this formal request for transportation support for the upcoming SayPro Capacity Building NPOs Program.

As you are aware, the capacity-building program is a vital initiative aimed at empowering Non-Profit Organisations affiliated with SayPro by providing them with essential training, development opportunities, and organizational strengthening tools. To ensure inclusive and full participation from our partner NPOs—many of which operate in resource-limited settings—reliable and coordinated transportation is essential.

This request includes the following:

• Transportation to and from training venues for all participating NPO representatives
• Logistical support to facilitate smooth movement throughout the program days
• Coverage across multiple regions where SayPro affiliates are located

Providing transportation will not only enhance attendance but also reaffirm our commitment to removing barriers to participation, allowing us to build stronger, more resilient organizations under the SayPro network.
