Job Description: Branding Consistency Coordinator (Company Magazine)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Branding Consistency Across Issues:
    • Ensure all issues of SayPro’s company magazine maintain a uniform style, font, and color scheme.
    • Adhere to SayPro’s brand guidelines to create a cohesive visual identity.
  2. Magazine Design & Layout:
    • Implement branded elements in magazine design based on SayPro’s marketing materials.
    • Work closely with SayPro Brand Material Office to align with SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR guidelines.
  3. Quality Control & Review:
    • Verify that every edition aligns with SayPro’s branding strategy.
    • Make necessary adjustments to maintain professional and visually appealing designs.
  4. Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Work with designers, editors, and marketing teams to ensure branding consistency.
    • Coordinate with SayPro Monthly SCMR-13 team for final approvals.
  5. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated on branding trends and make recommendations for design enhancements.
    • Ensure SayPro’s brand evolves while maintaining its core identity.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in graphic design, branding, or marketing.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
