Job Summary:
SayPro is seeking a talented and detail-oriented designer to ensure branding consistency across all issues of SayPro Monthly. The ideal candidate will adhere to SayPro’s design standards and maintain high-quality visual elements in every magazine edition.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Branding Consistency & Design Quality
    • Maintain and implement SayPro’s branding guidelines across all issues.
    • Ensure high design quality in all visual and editorial elements.
    • Work closely with the SayPro Brand Material Office and Marketing Royalty SCMR team.
  2. Magazine Design & Layout
    • Design SayPro Monthly magazines with branded elements that align with SayPro’s corporate identity.
    • Develop engaging, professional layouts that enhance readability and visual appeal.
    • Manage typography, color schemes, and image selection to ensure consistency.
  3. Collaboration & Production
    • Coordinate with writers, editors, and marketing teams to align content with design.
    • Ensure timely production and delivery of magazine editions.
    • Review and approve final designs before publication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in magazine or publication design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of branding and corporate identity principles.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in marketing, branding, or visual communications.
  • Experience working with corporate or organizational publications.
