    Role Overview

    Key Responsibilities

    • Clean and organize medical records data using SayPro-approved data entry templates.
    • Categorize and classify data according to established guidelines to facilitate accurate research analysis.
    • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before submission to the research office.
    • Collaborate with the SayPro Disease Prevalence Surveys Research Office to align data processing efforts with research objectives.
    • Identify and report any inconsistencies or anomalies found within the medical records data.
    • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive medical and research data in compliance with SayPro policies and relevant regulations.
    • Assist in preparing datasets for statistical analysis and reporting.
    • Support ongoing quality control initiatives to improve data integrity and processing efficiency.

    Qualifications
