    3. Purpose of the Internship

    The purpose of this Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Internship is to:

    • Equip the Intern withย industry-related skills, technical knowledge, and hands-on experience.
    • Satisfyย university graduation requirementsย where applicable.

    The Intern acknowledges that this internship:

    • Is forย a fixed term of 12 months.
    • Doesย not guarantee permanent employmentย at SayPro after completion.

    4. Duration of Internship

    6. Roles and Responsibilities

    Intern Responsibilities

    The Intern agrees to:

    As a WIL Intern, you will assist the SayPro Ecommerce Services Office across the following domains:

    • Assist with WooCommerce setup, feature development, integrations (CRM, ERP, Payment).
    • Support testing, deployment, and quality assurance tasks.

    • Contribute to UI/UX design, responsive layouts, branding, and design optimization.

    ๐Ÿ“ฆ Product Management

    • Help maintain product catalogs, optimize product descriptions and images, and manage inventory and variants.

    ๐Ÿ’ณ Payment Gateway & Fulfilment

    • Support gateway integration (e.g., PayPal, Stripe), transaction testing, and shipping rule setup.

    ๐Ÿ“ˆ Digital Marketing & SEO

    • Participate in PPC, email, content, and affiliate marketing initiatives.
    • Assist with keyword research, on-page SEO, and performance audits.

    ๐Ÿค Customer Experience & CRM

    • Support live chat integration, loyalty program management, customer feedback analysis, and CRM data management.

    ๐Ÿ“Š Analytics, Reporting, & Optimization

    • Help with Google Analytics integration, dashboard creation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.

    • Ensure mobile responsiveness, optimize site speed, and support mobile app development.

    • Assist in SSL management, fraud prevention, and regular security audits.

    • Aid in blog setup, multilingual content delivery, and managing subscription/membership models.

    • Contribute to integration with ERP, social media, marketing platforms, and analytics tools.

    • Assist in creating documentation, conducting training, and offering technical support.
    • Fully participate in the program and complete assigned tasks.
    • Follow SayProโ€™s policies and workplace guidelines.
    • Submit required progress reports or evaluations as per university guidelines.
    • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality in all activities.
    • Comply with workplace health, safety, and ethical standards.

    Employer Responsibilities

    SayPro agrees to:

    • Provide structuredย mentorship and supervision.
    • Assign workย relevant to the Internโ€™s field of study.
    • Conductย regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
    • Issue anย internship completion certificateย upon successful completion.

    7. Working Hours

    8. Leave Entitlement

    This Contract represents the full agreement between SayPro and the Intern. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
