2. Data Management & Organization

  • Store and organize collected data systematically.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with SayPro’s policies.
  • Regularly update and validate records for accuracy.
  • Generate reports based on student performance data.

3. Performance Tracking & Analysis

  • Monitor student progress and identify trends in academic and skill performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve course effectiveness.
  • Work with instructors to assess student challenges and areas of improvement.

4. Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare periodic reports on student performance and course effectiveness.
  • Communicate findings with relevant teams, including instructors, academic coordinators, and management.
