The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the timely and efficient upload of new training materials on SayPro’s website. This includes:

  • Verifying the quality, relevance, and accuracy of all training materials before they are uploaded.
  • Ensuring that each training module complies with QCTO (Quality Council for Trades and Occupations) standards and regulations.
  • Organizing the materials in a clear, user-friendly manner so that users can easily access the appropriate resources.
  • Uploading the materials in a format that is easily accessible across various devices, ensuring accessibility for all users.

Quality Control and Verification

  • Review and verify the training content against QCTO guidelines to ensure it aligns with the latest curriculum standards.
  • Conduct a quality control check before uploading to avoid errors or outdated content being published.

Website Optimization for User Experience

  • Continuously assess and improve the structure and flow of uploaded content on the SayPro website, ensuring smooth navigation for the end user.
  • Optimize content for searchability, implementing keywords and tags to enhance user discovery of relevant training materials.
  • Monitor and address any issues reported by users related to accessing training materials.

Communication and Feedback Loop

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to gather feedback for any necessary revisions or updates to the uploaded content.
  • Ensure that any updates or revisions to the training materials are communicated to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Regularly analyze website traffic and user engagement to understand how training materials are being accessed and used.
  • Provide monthly reports on upload activities, including insights on the most frequently accessed materials and areas for improvement.
