Key Responsibilities:
- Uploading Training Materials:
- Oversee the process of uploading new training materials to the SayPro website.
- Ensure all materials are accurate, well-structured, and easy to access for end-users.
- Verify that uploaded content adheres to the QCTO standards and guidelines.
- Content Development and Review:
- Manage the creation and continuous improvement of QCTO-compliant training materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure that the content meets both educational objectives and regulatory standards.
- Review and approve all training materials for accuracy, relevance, and compliance.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and ensure the ongoing compliance of training materials with QCTO standards and industry regulations.
- Conduct periodic audits to assess the quality of training materials and ensure they meet organizational objectives.
- Implement corrective actions and improvements as necessary to maintain compliance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including curriculum developers, instructional designers, and technical staff, to ensure the smooth upload and maintenance of training content.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners, regarding content compliance.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and guidance to staff and other team members on the QCTO compliance standards for training material development.
- Offer support to end-users (trainees, trainers, etc.) regarding the navigation and access to training materials.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed on trends, best practices, and updates in the training, education, and compliance sectors.
- Propose and implement new strategies and technologies to enhance the quality and delivery of training materials.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Generate regular reports on the status of training material uploads, compliance audits, and content updates.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all training materials, revisions, and compliance documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior role within training development, research, or education.
- Strong knowledge of QCTO compliance and regulatory requirements related to training materials.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple tasks and timelines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in website content management systems and digital training platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve training materials.

Education and Experience:
- A Master’s degree in Education, Research, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior research or training-related role, with demonstrable experience in compliance and quality assurance.
- Experience in the education, training, or corporate sectors is highly preferred.
