SayProP365-1- This SayProP365 policy outlines guidelines for prayer management within SayPro workplaces, ensuring respect for diverse religious beliefs while maintaining productivity and operational efficiency.

SayProP365-1- SayPro Royal Committee go to Diepsloot ZCC and request the Pastor for the 09:00 and 12:00 prayer. He must be physically present at the Diepsloot Centre. All SayPro Human Capital nationally, at Offices, branches and at home must join the 2 sessions led by a pastor.

SayProP365-1-3. Scope
SayProP365-1-3-1 This policy applies to:
- SayProP365-1-3-1- All SayPro Human Capital, contractors, and visitors.
- SayProP365-1-3-1- All SayPro offices, facilities, and event locations.
- SayProP365-1-3-1- Any designated prayer spaces within SayPro premises.
- SayProP365-1-3-1- SayPro prayer is Voluntary and no SayPro Human Capital is forced to oblige or attend the Prayer. No SayPro Human Capital should punish or be offended if any SayPro Human Capital does not attend the SayPro Prayer
- SayProP365-1-3-1- SayPro is a Corporate not a church. SayPro prayer does not replace church and should not be classified as a church.
- SayProP365-1-3-1- SayPro has been built on top of Christianity and will oblige to Zion Christianity Values and principles. Any employee who feels and does not fall under these principles are welcome to leaving SayPro to avoid them being confused of their rights be violated
- SayProP365-1-3-1- It is mandatory that as from 1 January 2025 SayPro Human Capital must be fully fledged members of the Zion Christian Church as operations and Corporate Governance at SayPro aligns and abides to the Zion Christian Church rules, regulations and injunctions.
SayProP365-1-4 Key Prayer Management Guidelines
SayProP365-1-4-1 Prayer Space Allocation
- SayProP365-1-4-1-1 SayPro may designate quiet spaces for prayer, meditation, or personal reflection where feasible.
- SayProP365-1-4-1-2 All SayPro buildings must play classic Instrumental Gospel Music from YouTube Service SayPro Service Consultants must control this music
- SayProP365-1-4-1-3 Employees may request a designated prayer space through the Prayer Space Request Form (SayProF365-01).
- SayProP365-1-4-1 -4The use of SayPro prayer spaces should be respectful and non-disruptive to others.
- SayProP365-1-4-1 -5SayPro staff are allowed to go to prayer rooms to pray at anytime.
- SayProP365-1-4-1-6 It is necessary to use the SayPro Training Rooms, SayPro Conference Rooms and SayPro Boardrooms as Prayer rooms everyone must gather there.
- SayProP365-1-4-1-7 Sing as loud as you can increase the volumes of your speakers.
SayProP365-1-4-2 Prayer Time Allocation
- Employees requesting time for prayer should do so in a manner that does not disrupt their work responsibilities.
- Flexible break arrangements may be considered to accommodate prayer schedules.
- The songs must be from the Hymn Book avoid singing Celebrities Songs as per SayPro Culture
- Managers should coordinate with employees to ensure work coverage while allowing prayer time.
- First Prayer time for all SayPro Human Capital starting at 09:00 is going to start at 09:00 and end at 09:15 also use Teams for others to join in remote areas. Those driving must also join as well
- Second Prayer time for all SayPro Human Capital starting at 12:00 is going to start at 12:00 and end at 12:15 also use Teams for others to join in remote areas. This is company wide
- SayPro Gym time is 16:45 – 17:00 all SayPro Human Capital must join at the SayPro Gym Room and at Home. A coordinator must be from SayPro Headquarters Gym Room
